Lucas Calabrese is one of the most recognized skippers in South America. He is an Olympic sailor, who won a bronze medal in the 470 class in 2012. He and his sailing partner, Juan de la Fuente, have been ranked top five in the world. Other highlights in his career are: Optimist World Champion, Bronze Medal at the 420 ISAF Youth Worlds as well as several South American and National championships.
From either her winter port-of-call in Fort Lauderdale, FL or her summer base in Newport, RI, Alie Toppa lives on the water! Alie is an accomplished collegiate sailor at College of Charleston who has lead her team to many wins. Currently, she is “big” into kitesurfing and enjoys most any sport on the water!
Hailing from Florida, Gil has been sailing out of the Pensacola Yacht Club from the tender age of 5 years old. Gil has represented the United States at international sailing events in Italy and Belgium. In his own words, “Sailing is the best sport ever! Go USA!” Gil gives credit to his family and coaches for helping him achieve his sailing goals and looks forward to meeting you at the next big event.
