Returns & Exchanges

Here at Lon Gundie we love our creations and you will too.  However, in the rare case that you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days with proof of purchase.  Please note: Only purchases made on this website, longundie.com, are eligible for return.  We do not accept return of Lon Gundie product purchased on other websites or retail stores.  Additionally to be eligible for return, garment must be unworn and in salable condition, all original hangtags and packaging be attached and included, and have the original packing slip. Provided return meets all requirements you can choose to receive a Lon Gundie Gift Card, Exchange, or Refund.

• Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment less any shipping charges
• Gift Cards will be issued in the amount of the original purchase less any shipping charges
• Where an exchange item is less expensive than the original purchased item, the difference will be credited to the original form of payment or issued in the form of a gift card
• Where an exchange item is more expensive than the original purchased item, the customer is responsible for the difference
• Lon Gundie processes returns within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of return, adjustments to your bank statement takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for credits to appear on your statement
• Packages received without a Return Authorization # will not be accepted and will be returned to sender
• Gift items may be exchanged for another item or a Lon Gundie Gift Card, returned gift items will not be credited to your credit card
• Return shipping is paid by the customer and not provided by Lon Gundie, Lon Gundie will pay shipping costs to send exchanged item(s) back to you.
• For a refund to your PayPal account please follow Return Instructions
• PayPal orders where the exchange amount is greater than the original order amount will require a refund and reorder

• Download and complete the Return Form (You will need Acrobat Reader to view this document, download it at http://www.adobe.com)
• Send the item(s) you are returning and your completed Return Form to:

• Please use a reputable carrier, such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS with tracking capability and proof of delivery.  All shipments must be prepaid and insured. Customer is responsible for product until Lon Gundie signs for delivery.  Lon Gundie cannot be held responsible for packages lost during transit.
