Order Status

At the time your order is shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email that includes tracking information is sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you have not received a Shipping Confirmation email, we may still be processing your order or we suggest you check your Spam, Junk Mail or Trash mailbox. 

If you cannot find the your Shipping Confirmation email and you have an account with us, please login to your account to find your order and tracking code.

If your Shipping Confirmation email is not anywhere in your mailbox, and has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order, please email us at customercare@longundie.com, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9:00am and 5pm (EST) and we'll gladly track your order for you.
